Radiant site-language extension

While looking for a good CMS, and extending it to match our needs, we developed and released a first version of the multilingual plugin for Radiant (the Rails-based CMS).

The extension is available here.

Globalize is needed, and this patch we made for a bug we discovered must be applied!
